Privacy Policy:  We respect and value your privacy.  We will never sell or disclose your personal information under any circumstances, unless we are required to do so by law.  Our site uses 128-bit SSL, the leading industry standard in security to make sure that all our site is 100% secure. 

Shipping Policy:  All in stock orders will be shipped within 48 hours.  However, if an item is not in stock, or if a doll must be custom made, orders can take up to 21 business days to ship.  All orders will either be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery.  We are happy to ship internationally (outside of the United States).

Return Policy:  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return your purchase to us within 15 days to receive a full refund.  Any returns over 15 days may receive store credit at our discretion, as individual circumstances merit.
